Oktay İnşaat continues to construct human oriented environment, nature and society friendly structures combining its years of experience, improving construction technologies, reliable and high quality structure understanding, and create projects by assessing real estate procurement demands received from abroad, not only in Turkey market.
Oktay İnşaat, founded in 1963 by Bülent Celal OKTAY, took its place in the new developing order of Turkey at those days, and started its activities particularly in the Çukurova Region.
In the light of developing restructuring of the state, the company undertook construction projects with different scales for public investments to fulfill recent requirements and continued its activities in housing construction projects area between 1963 - 1969.
Our company started house construction activities in 1969 considering the house deficit in our country at those days, and arrived today by undertaking both house construction projects and construction of public investment buildings. Particularly after 1987, our company undertook large scale house construction projects and it continues its activities following participation of Levent OKTAY in 1988.
